Mr. Hall was appointed President of Chromatic Industries LLC in April 2012. He joined Chromatic from CVI Solutions - a company he co-founded in 2003. Mr. Hall's professional experience in the valve and pipeline industry began in 1981 after graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Economics.

Michael Jones joined Chromatic Industries in September 2015. He is an experienced accounting professional with over 12 years of progressive responsibility within finance and accounting. Prior to joining Chromatic Industries, Michael worked for a number of private and public companies where he worked to reduce costs and drive process improvement. Michael graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Accountancy.        

Stephen Loveless

Stephen Loveless joined Chromatic Industries as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2013. Prior to joining Chromatic, Stephen worked for 6 years in the engineering software industry in several sales and account management roles. Stephen began his career in the valve and automation business in 1993 including 14 years at Puffer-Sweiven. Stephen brings a broad view of industry applications and passion for delivering valuable solutions to Chromatic customers. Stephen is a 1993 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution. He is active in several industry organizations including GPA and ISA.

Leon Brooks

Leon Brooks joined Chromatic Industries as Vice President of Sales - International in April 2016. Leon has been in the valve industry since 1971, and a majority of his career has been spent in sales, marketing & product development with Balon Corporation and Cameron Valves & Measurement in U.S. & International markets. Leon has been active in several industry organizations. He was Vice Chairman of the Valve Education Committee, and was also a member of the VMA Communication Committee, as well as the "Valve Ed 101" Training program.

Mark Cordell

Before his retirement in 2016, Mark served as the President of Distributed and Process Valve Divisions at Cameron and was responsible for all valve and manufacturing operations in Canada. Mark is a past Chairman of the Valve Manufacturers Association of America.

Charles Partridge P.E.

Engineering Advisor

Mr. Partridge has over 40 years of experience in the valve industry with a focus on the design and engineering of new valve product lines.  He holds thirteen patents related to valves, actuators and controls.
